Bala Consulting Engineers is approaching our 30th anniversary. In almost 30 years the firm has grown from a staff of 5 to over 80, yet it still maintains the same core value it was founded on years ago - SERVICE to clients and community. We are a SERVICE organization. We are in business to serve our customers with the best service that we are capable of delivering, all the time, any time. And, in doing so we are a vital contributor to our business community.

This creed was rooted in an interview that we, the founders of the company, had with one of our most loyal and respected clients almost 30 years ago. He believed that engineering was a service-based business and that most engineering practices failed to recognize this premise. We heard this message and have never forgotten it. Service is the foremost thought that permeates every aspect of what we do at Bala. We are here to service our clients and make them feel we are one with them in every project we do with them.

Many of our managers have emanated from our own staff to their current position here at Bala. From the beginning and throughout their career at Bala they were instilled with our mantra that service leads. It is fully ingrained in them, and in turn they are placing this same spirit within the people they are grooming. It is an attitude that permeates within the company from the top down.
