He is responsible for planning the group’s weekly staff assignments, coordinating commissioning/testing activities, as well as, leading on-site commissioning/testing activities for Bala’s key clients.  His passion for sustainability has led to him commission some of the greenest buildings in the United States including GlaxoSmithKline (Double Platinum), One Crescent (1stLEED-CS Platinum building in the world), and the Comcast Technology Center.

Dan made his mark in the industry when he was selected to be the Commissioning Authority on the Armstrong World Industries Corporate Campus, which was the beta test side for what is now recognized as the LEED rating system by the U.S. Green Building Council.  He is a knowledge powerhouse for LEED in the education, corporate, military, and pharmaceutical markets. Name on item on your bucket list.
As an avid Star Trek fan, I would like to meet Patrick Stewart.  I've already met William Shatner.

A little known fact about me is....
I regularly attend the Steel City Comic Con with my nephew and great nephews.  Since I'm convincingly dressed as Jean Luc Picard from Star Trek, The Next Generation, many attendees request a photo with me.
