Steve has over 39 years of experience in both the mechanical design and project management fields.  His area of expertise includes leadership in the development and implementation of today’s state of the art HVAC cooling technologies for mission critical facilities including pioneering hot aisle containment and chiller assisted cooling.  Steve’s knowledge spans a variety of markets including missional critical, educational, healthcare, and corporate and government facilities.  He is the mechanical department manager for the Baltimore office.

He received a BSAE in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University.  Steve is also a professionally licensed engineer, a LEED Accredited Professional, and an ASHRAE Building Energy Analysis Professional.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

In my spare time I build furniture and am a sports fan. I have golfed at Harbourtown in Hilton Head, Pine Hurst No. 2 and other championship courses. One of my wishes is to play Pebble Beach.


What's a little known fact about yourself?

I have completed two marathons, and 3 triathlons.
