Suzanne is the Marketing and Communications Director serving all of Bala’s offices.  With over 20 years of experience, she leads Bala’s marketing and is passionate about sharing Bala’s culture of relationship building.  She assists Bala’s Executive Leadership Group with the implementation and communication of our vision, employee experience/engagement program, strategic planning and mergers & acquisitions.  Suzanne works closely with the marketing team to develop Bala’s external communication plans through outlets such as AIA and trade organization presentations, national webinars, white-papers, e-blasts, and client events.
