Energy Use

Bala is committed to reducing the environmental impact of our business and to providing energy efficient and healthy workplaces for our employees. Starting in 2022, we committed to tracking the Energy Use Intensity (EUI) of our office spaces in order to set a baseline energy use and establish reduction goals.

We will achieve our below reduction goal by conducting energy audits and implementing low- and no-cost energy conservation measures. In addition to reducing our energy use, Bala is committed to transitioning our offices to renewable energy.
