Chongsheng is a Project Manager and Associate Mechanical Engineer for Bala’s New York office.  With over 10 years of industry experience. Chongsheng’s ability to understand a client’s goals, strategize with the design team, and then translate them into MEP design helps him to gain client’s trust. He is also passionate about helping NYC to achieve net zero emission goal through educating clients and architects, and implementing innovative and sustainable MEP design. His area of expertise includes life sciences, residential, hospitality, and commercial.  Notable projects include: Waldorf Astoria, 112 W 25^th Street in New York, NY(Renaissance Hotel), Amazon VA headquarters,  Equinox Hotel in Houston, Texas, 2 N 6 Place (High End Rental in Williamsburg, NY), 295 5^th Ave – Class A Commercial Building Conversion (the old Textile Building on 5^th Ave, NY)and an all-electric life science building in New York City (under NDA).

Chongsheng is also a member of the New York Chapter of ASHRAE and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
