As the Director of Human Resources, Jennifer leads Bala’s people and culture strategy, focusing on areas such as recruitment, retention, training, and total rewards. With over a decade of broad HR experience – from HR technology implementation to strategic workforce planning – she has a proven track record of streamlining processes, promoting strong and inclusive workplace cultures, and enhancing employee engagement.

Outside of Bala, Jennifer is an active member of the HR community and serves as a dedicated mentor for emerging HR professionals. Her passion for people-centered leadership shines through, both in her work and her dedication to developing the next generation of talent.
