Prior to joining Bala, Kaitlyn gained experience in business development and sales from her previous roles in Radio and Media sales for Entercom.  She has sharpened that skillset and now is our Business Development leader in the Baltimore, D.C., and Northern Virginia region. Her responsibilities involve strengthening client relationships, fostering new connections, and promoting the Bala brand.  Kaitlyn also works closely with the business development teams across all offices on strategic partnerships and project opportunities.
