Based in Bala’s Philadelphia office, Nikki brings more than 17 years of accounting and financial leadership experience to her role as Controller. She oversees the firm’s financial operations across all five locations and leads the accounting team. In her day-to-day role, Nikki manages core functions such as billing, payroll, accounts payable, and financial reporting. She also works closely with Bala’s executive leadership to implement cost effective strategies to support the company’s growth and overall financial health.

Outside of Bala, Nikki is a member of the St. Joseph’s University Alumni Real Estate and Construction Chapter and serves on the advisory board of Philadelphia’s CFO Council.
