Oleksa Breslawec is the Director of MEP Operations for Bala's Washington, D.C. region. Oleksa brings more than 30 years of experience in engineering design, building systems controls, new technology integration and building commissioning. He has led major engineering projects for government, higher education, healthcare, institutional, multifamily and corporate development for more than 20 years in the Washington, D.C. area. In this role, Oleksa harnesses the strengths of our team of professionals to cultivate new opportunities and grow market share in the region.
