Piotr is the Commissioning Department Manager for Bala’s New York office and plays a major role in the integration, planning and execution of Commissioning assignments across all Bala offices.  He is responsible for planning the group’s weekly staff assignments, coordinating commissioning/testing activities and schedules with staff and clients, QA/QC reviews of all commissioning documentation, as well as, leading on-site commissioning/testing activities for Bala’s key clients.  With over 20 years of industry experience, Piotr has developed a reputation for his vast knowledge of Commissioning MEP systems in the mission critical, education, and healthcare markets.  He works closely with clients and project teams in the planning and execution of the ‘commissioning process’ and oversees the daily commissioning activities through project completion to ensure the delivery of a successful project for our clients. Piotr’s technical Commissioning experience includes: LEED Cx, Mission Critical Cx Building / Office Cx, Retro-Cx, Energy Code Cx, and Testing & Balancing of mechanical systems.  

Piotr’s credentials include Professional Engineer, Certified Commissioning Professional (BCA), Existing Building Commissioning Professional (AEE) and LEED AP.
