Sean is a the Mechanical Department Manager and a Senior Mechanical Engineer in our Boston office.  He has over 12 years of experience in the design of HVAC systems and project management.  Sean provides a seamless client experience on his projects by being actively involved from concept design through construction. He coordinates and communicates project goals and objectives to Bala’s internal project team and maintains the project schedule and budget effectively.  Sean also collaborates well with all external design partners and construction teams. His project experience includes projects in the corporate, transportation, and educational markets, such as Billerica Memorial High School, Lunenburg Middle-High School, Deerfield Academy Boyden Library & Hess Center for the Arts, 100 Federal Street, Miss Hall’s School, and Southbridge Middle/High School, . In addition to his design and project management expertise, Sean is also proficient in building energy modeling and sustainable design strategies.
