Sol is the Director of Operations of our New York Office. With more than 30 years of experience in team, project and client management, Sol is a driven leader in the building design and construction industry. Over the course of his career, Sol has contributed to complex projects ranging from the commercial, healthcare, hospitality, residential, and education sectors. Sol manages and oversees MEP/FP operational activities, including quality control, staff management, and strategic initiatives. Sol augments the efficiency of operations, helping to advance Bala’s technical and operational excellence.
