Terry is a Project Manager for Bala’s Structures Practice.  As a Project Manager, Terry focuses on project management and client experience, improving internal quality and efficiencies in engineering, and production/project management procedures.  Leading by example, Terry works closely with his internal team, architects, contractors and clients to deliver creative solutions for projects.  With over 10 years of experience in steel, timber, light gauge metal and concrete design, Terry keeps abreast of the latest design techniques/systems and applies forward thinking concepts.  He is committed to the entire design process from collaboration through completion and has forged strong relationships with clients like Urban Outfitters, Luckey Climbers, and Capitol Seniors Housing. Terry concentrates on the Philadelphia market, with emphases on retail, lifecare, industrial, and adaptive re-use projects.
