Located in the exciting Shaw neighborhood, 7th Flats is a transit-oriented development consisting of 206 residential units, 100,000 SF of office space and 20,000 SF of retail.
Bala performed the MEP/FP engineering design services for this mixed-use development. The building includes community and amenity spaces including a fitness center and green roof terrace. The project was awarded LEED-CS Silver.
