The NRP Group is developing this new 350,000 SF residential building in the DC-area market. The development will consist of two nearly identical five story buildings each with 136 units in each.
The buildings will have a mix of five different units types ranging from a studio to two bedrooms with a den. Building 1 will house the leasing office and fitness center, which will be adjacent to the complex’s outdoor pool. It will also include a parking lot with up to 475 spaces a pedestrian walkway with lighting and security lighting. Accent and landscape lighting and dumpster enclosures were also part of the project scope of services.
This project has been designed and developed to comply with the Montgomery County Green Sustainable code and energy requirements for LEED compliance.
