Bala’s basis of design is vertical stacked heat pump units and an open cooling tower with plate and frame heat exchangers and associated pumping and piping systems. Bala’s technology design featured an access control system that included integration of smart cards, building automation, home automation and cloud technologies to provide seamless tenant and guest experience while providing a high level of building security controls.
