Located at 2012, 2107 and 2111 Wilson Boulevard in Arlington, Virginia, Bala performed landlord capital improvements to these three high-rise office buildings totaling 850,000 RSF. Bala continues to provide maintenance to these buildings.
Facilities at 2101 and 2111 Wilson both required new common lobbies. The owner wanted a bio-wall in each of the glass wall vestibules, so Bala designed a unique solution for heating and cooling to maintain comfort temperatures in the heating and cooling seasons. Bala has also assisted in providing the landlord requirements for the utilities to support high-end retail and tenant leases.
