Three Cooper Plaza
Bala provided MEP/FP engineering services for the 12,000 SF interior renovation of the first floor of Three Cooper Plaza. The expansion provided new outpatient clinical services for the Neurological Institute and includes the Pituitary Program, General Neurosurgery, Spine Services, General Neurology, Neuropsychology, Neuro Oncology and Neuro Opthalmology. The design also includes a Tuberculosis clinic that houses a waiting room, exam room, sputum induction area, business office and support spaces.
Cooper University Health System Headquarters
Bala provided MEP/FP engineering services for the 116,000 SF tenant fit-up project for the system's new headquarters, which includes offices, workstations and conference rooms.
PET/CT Renovation
Provided engineering services for the renovation of the existing PET/CT suite. The 7,000 SF renovation included the addition of a linear accelerator.
501 Fellowship Road
Provided engineering services for the 25,000 SF gastroenterology facility. The new facility includes endoscopy procedure rooms and support spaces, as well as administrative areas.
