The site of the former Granite Run Mall is being developed into a mixed-use development that includes retail, restaurants, entertainment and luxury apartments. Bala is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and structural engineering services for Phase II of the new apartments.
Phase II of the apartments, which is currently in design, includes 10,000 GSF of amenity space, 20,000 GSF of retail space and 265,000 GSF that will include 208 residential units. The project also includes a 140,000 SF, 5-story open parking garage with 360 parking spots that will be located adjacent to the apartment building.
