Episcopal Academy

Episcopal Academy expanded their campus dining and academic buildings to accommodate for their growing student body.  

Three new additions were added on top of the existing classrooms and spaces within the academic buildings.  The additions included new space within the science center and upper school on the third floor.  The renovation also included new theater storage area, a dining area expansion, private dining expansion and new outdoor dining with trellis.

Renovations required new HVAC systems, new power and lighting and revised and expanded fire protection and plumbing systems.
