Bala provided room configuration, sightline studies and audiovisual systems design for this confidential retail client’s 100-120 person hybrid lecture hall. The space was designed with multiple seating options, screens within the seating area to improve remote participant engagement with the presenters, support for self-service and a fully operator controlled operation, presenter camera tracking and the ability to host multiple collaboration platforms simultaneously.
Bala’s hybrid planning work enables an equitable meeting experience for in-person and remote participants, while providing a future upgrade path for all collaboration, camera and audio systems
