The Harbor East development spans 18 acres and encompasses a multitude of office, retail, and hospitality projects. Our early involvement with the redevelopment of this area included the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel, Sylvan Learning HQ, Whole Foods Market, and multi-family apartment buildings.
Parcel C
MEP System design for a new 500,000 SF mixed-use building, including a 9-story office building, 13-story, 210 key Courtyard by Marriott hotel, 15,000 SF retail space, 200 car parking garage, and Whole Foods. Specialty areas designed for this project were hotel laundry facilities, indoor pool, fitness center, conference center, restaurant, kitchen and retail space.
Parcel G
This entire city block project consisted of a high rise residential building and adjacent high rise office building with three levels of parking and restaurant/retail spaces. The project consisted of a 5-story, 120,000 SF office building and attached retail, garage, and a 12-story apartment building. The total SF of the multi-use facility is 375,000.
