Hyatt Centric is a new, boutique-style line of hotels under the Hyatt Brand that provides a unique experience for travelers. This new, 13 story hotel features 278 rooms, creative meeting spaces, a health studio, swank lounge and eclectic accommodations filled with local artistic pieces.
The building layout provides three base levels encompassing lobbies and public areas, a restaurant, bar, social lounge, meeting spaces, fitness center and back of house and administrative space. Floors 4 through 12 are stacked hotel floors with 31 keys per floor, except for the 12th floor which provides 30 keys due to an enlarged suite totaling 278 keys.
The project is designed to achieve LEED Silver Certification and encompasses a variety of energy efficient and sustainable design features including an enhanced exterior thermal envelope, low-E glazing, central heating and cooling utilizing water source heat pumps, enhanced HVAC and lighting controls and energy management, green roofs, water saving plumbing
fixtures and LED lighting.
