Spec Lab Suite
Provided MEP/FP engineering services for the 5,000 SF renovation of 70% lab and 30% office space in Building C on the campus. Project included lab exhaust, makeup air, reconfiguration, lab gas assembly manifold design, and a pH neutralization.
Cyteir Therapeutics
Provided MEP/FP engineering services for the 8,000 SF fit-out that included 50% labs and 50% office space in Building A. The project involved lab exhaust, MUA reconfiguration, lab gas assembly,RODI point of systems, and tepid water emergency stations.
Garage Conversion
Bala provided MEP/FP engineering services for the conversion of an existing garage to lab/office space, fitness center, and management office space. Upgrades included lab waste and vent systems (including pH neutralization system), new makeup air, exhaust hot water heating system and supplemental cooling system for lab areas.
NBD Nanotechnologies
Provided MEP/FP engineering services for the interior fit-out of the new 8,500 SF space for NBD. The project included renovation existing lab space, offices, and a 2,500 SF common corridor.
