This project consisted of 100,000 SF of new construction on the south end of Pier A within Terminal B to extend it to meet the southern tip of Pier B within Terminal B, connecting the two buildings together. The project also included approximately 75,000 SF of gut renovation including major updates to MEP/FP infrastructure.
