This Connecticut based law firm renovated 25,500 SF on the 12th floor in the Prudential Building in order to relocate their headquarters and provide a more efficient, flexible workspace for its employees.
The 25,500 SF of new office space includes a reception area, offices along the perimeter, war rooms, a law library, conferencing areas, high density file room, will vault, training area, technology room and a wellness room.
Bala’s MEP group initially provided a lease review and a facility conditions assessment for the law firm. Bala’s designs for the fit-out include a VAV HVAC system from the landlord system, power to versatile workstations and lighting systems, critical systems design and plumbing and fire protection designs throughout.
