PHMC (Public Health Management Corp.) is transforming their historic Provident building into a thriving health campus intended to improve the health of the community by providing outreach, health promotion, education and clinic services to the Greater Philadelphia region.
Bala provided holistic technology strategy and security master planning services for PHMC, using the 4601 Market Street project and it’s unique multi-tenant format as an incubator for rolling out new standards enterprise-wide. Unique scope included technology planning for a highly flexible workplace, conference center and clinic spaces along with a full high school education program. Our work initially focused on applications for technology to assist with staff, visitor, student and patient access and management and expanded to resilient network infrastructure design, collaboration technology and event space audiovisual design.
Bala's has led technology visioning sessions, manufacturer presentations and RFP strategy phases and is currently moving into the bid facilitation and contract administration phases of this work.
