Located in the heart of Philadelphia's historic Bourse Building, this extensive renovation project for Publicis Health redefines the modern workplace across three floors. Spanning 60,000 SF, the design balances the architectural heritage with high-tech spaces.

The renovation included a multi-floor transformation designed to foster creativity, privacy, and seamless client engagement. The design integrates a collaborative and specialized zones - including huddle spaces, a "War Room," and broadcast suites - with hospitality-focused amenities such as a barista station, lounge areas, and a dedicated wellness room.
