This large, mixed-use, transit-oriented development was developed by Keystone Property Group and is Conshohocken’s cornerstone for redevelopment. AmerisourceBergen’s headquarters serves as the anchor tenant for this large-scale development.
Bala designed the core and shell phase for LEED certification. The electrical system provided to the building has dual power for the utility provider and a 2000 KW generator back-up. Central HVAC systems are comprised of a chilled water plant located on the roof with floor by floor air handling units.
