This commercial gene therapy company has developed a new research and development lab and office facility within the Schuylkill Yards campus. Bala's Commissioning Team provided input and review on the design drawings and performed functional performance test procedures on various systems including the BAS, HVAC system, laboratory fume hoods, gold room ,standby emergency power for the tenant fit-out, waste neutralization system, plumbing related equipment and lighting controls.
Bala also facilitated the closeout of corrective actions, coordinated training, and provided a handover package for the Operations and Maintenance staff.
