Bala provided MEP/FP engineering and LEED Commissioning services for the major renovation of 1810 Liacouras Walk, a 95,000 square foot, five-story building with a historic masonry facade. The major renovation added a sixth story creating new offices, classrooms, conference rooms and collaborative spaces, as well as a bridge to Alter Hall. The project is targeting LEED-EB&C v4 Certification.
