As a Senior Commissioning Engineer for Bala’s Philadelphia office, Eric is responsible for providing commissioning and project management services to various markets including Corporate, Education, Mission Critical, and Life Sciences.  He is well versed in sustainable design standards and guidelines and is committed to helping the design team meet the clients’ commissioning and LEED goals.  Notable projects include Equus Capital Partners (LEED Gold); SAP Headquarters and Expansion (LEED Platinum); Lehigh University – Health, Science and Technology building and Singleton, Hitch, & Maida Dormitories; Villanova University – Student Housing and Performing Arts Center; and The University of Pennsylvania’s Pennovation Center.

Eric is the author of several Commissioning articles on Bala’s Blog and stays in tune with current trends and industry expectations that coincide with commissioning. He emphasizes clear and unambiguous communication to guide the client-consultant process through commissioning.
