801 Church, a mixed-use, 38-story building, will be among Nashville’s 10 tallest high-rises once constructed. It contains 350 residential units and 2 retail spaces comprising 2,645 SF.
The new 590,561 SF, multi-family building will feature 350 residential units, as well as a 511-space parking garage, which spans 12 floors, 3 of which are below ground. The garage will be accessible from both Rosa Parks Boulevard and Ninth; the lobby will face Church Street. The 11th floor houses many of the building’s amenities, including a pool, terrace, lounge and fitness center.
The 453’ tall structure will sit near the future site of Nashville Yards, the city’s biggest development to date. The site will also stand opposite to Giarratana’s 900 Church project. The 2 buildings will share complimentary architecture and provide a “new, visually-stimulating gateway into downtown from the west,” according to Giarratana.
